Big thanks to Mike and Linda Hirsch for putting this together and to all the sponsors who gave for the raffle which supported the Grind for Life Organization. Didn't get too many photos, because I wanted to skate. It was a hot day down at Pala, I'd say 90°+. SCS flipped the bill for the first 75 skaters that showed up and worked out a deal for $5 day pass instead of the usual $10. Even though it was a hot one, the turnout was great. Sponsors kicked down a ton of product and it seemed like only a handful of people walked away empty-handed. I think one of the Pala workers scored three decks. All for a good cause.
