| Upland Skatepark Contest Qualifying. I was only able to stay a couple of hours for this first qualifier. Ginger McCabe, Felicity Corral, Liz Brandenberg, Andrew, Eric Lee Salazar, Micke Alba and others. The pipe was super slick and was not to be taken lightly. There were a lot of people who had trouble getting used to the pipe and it was nerveracking to watch those who had never been there before get so much speed, then slide out once they got into the bowl. The locals, as usual, were ripping and rode like it had just been pressure washed. Congratulations to Felicity Corral for qualifying first in her division. |
Ginger took a gnarly slam and hit her head in the pipe and after some pretty intese moments was coherent enought to pose for the camera
As of 21-June, Ginger is doing ok. She is still a little dizzy sometimes, but doing well.
